Fat bike tires..

Howdy all,
I'm building my second bike now, I think I have the bug but don't have the space. I had wheels built by chopper usa (4 inch beasts), but have no idea what tires will fit. They sell a chopper tire which is 4 1/4 which I can buy, but will a 3 inch tire fit these rims like thick bricks? I have Hoggy g's (3.45) as well, but they are on my felt, but could take them off and put them on the 4 inch wheels and get thick bricks for the
felt, unless my only options is the chopper tire?

Are the rims 20", 24" , 26" ?????

Whoops, 24's.
And one other thing, I'm not keen on the surly tires, don't really feel they fit the cruiser bike look.

Ok, found a thread in regards to the same topic, looks like I can use almost any 3 inch tire as long as I don't over inflate.
