Im building one right now. Putting a suicide shifter on it. Put apes and fenders on it as well. So far i love this bike

anyone here own a felt chief and how do u like it?

I have owned 2 Chiefs. I'm 5'10" and the geometry was comfortable for 20+ mile journeys. I did add 3 piece cranks to one before it even got out of the bike shop. The other I left stock. I highly recommend them. If you want something that feels a bit lighter you could go with one of the aluminum offerings from Felt. I have pics of a bunch of mine that I have re-done. Rarely have I owned a Felt that I didn't completely redo.

The Chief is a solid and smooth riding bike. It's straight forward, no frills from a performance standpoint. It is a three speed and that is a nice feature. The look of the bike gets serious attention.
