Shortly after I posted my 1954 Columbia tanker for sale a few trade offers came in. I kind of wanted to cash out on the Columbia, but this trade really grabbed me.

Felt El Guapo with fat rims and WW Thick Bricks and dropped clubman bars.
Also check out the cool custom drilling on the EG chainring.

Re: El Guapo plus some wicked parts

I can't wait to get this sweet new school ride. I already have some fun ideas for it.
Maybe a Schwinn Spoiler fork?
Maybe some 3g Jemima rims?
Maybe a modern mimic of terry66's ratty jet?

Re: Felt El Guapo plus some wicked parts

Thanks guys!
I'm not even thinking about selling any parts yet. I want to play with the bike and parts. Some parts will surely end up in BO8.

Re: Felt El Guapo plus some wicked parts

Strangly, I actually get that movie reference. :)

Re: Felt El Guapo plus some wicked parts

It's coming from the West coast, but FedEx is estimating Friday delivery. I think it will be more like Monday.
Gonna be a fun one!!!!

Re: Felt El Guapo plus some wicked parts

My El Guapo has been in Savannah all weekend but FedEx wouldn't let me pick it up.
It will be delivered tomorrow at work!!!!
Followed shortly by the first round of boxes from Electra.

Christmas in January!!!
The El Guapo boxes came at lunch. Put it together just enough to get a rolling chassis.
Back to work, but here are all of my presents unwrapped.

Thanks man! I haven't been this excited about a bike since I took Flexy on its maiden voyage.

Can you tell me if the the thick bricks are taller or shorter than the hoggy g's?
Thanks much!

Thanks much!

On similar rims (not the wide Felt rims), my cream Bricks and Hoggys are about the same height. The Bricks are just slightly wider.
