Finally a Felt!

Wanted to post this ‘fresh find’/Christmas present/project.
I’ve always wanted a Felt cruiser and liked the collaboration they did with New Belgium Brewing. Recently @kingfish254 sent me a FB Marketplace lead on one locally FOR $60! , so I jumped on it.
This one was hanging in bar on display until it closed, this was ‘parting severance’ for the lady I bought it from.
It has a ding or two and is missing the bars and stem (more on that later), but it’s essentially never been ridden and the Circuit tires are flawless.
It was covered in garage dust, but after a quick wipe down, here’s how it sits today.

As for bars and stem….
One of the Felt models I liked from this era was the MP. I liked the low cross bar style of handlebars on them.

Sadly, they’re rather rare($), so I have a set of black Velo Orange Klunker bars on the way. Just need to find a 11/8” threadless stem with a 25.4mm clamping area…

Man, you should do a search, they made a bunch of different versions. You could start a whole other collection

Felt, Electra, cantilever style, but I'd bet the 2017 arch bar is the one for you

They are really cool. They came on 3 Felts:
-2010 New Belgium Brewing (NBB)
-2011 NBB
-2010 Magno (exact design as 2010 NBB, but no front basket and obviously different theme)

Met up with @kingfish254 and our local buddy (not on RRB) on New Year’s Day for a ride (ended being around 25 miles or so).
Here’s a few shots, the ‘king’ brought his 2010(?) NBB bike and the other is a 63 ‘Penney 707’. Great ride with great friends (yes, 2 days later my hips still hurt a bit )
