Find from KC bike swap

I went to the Kansas City bike swap about 5:30 sunday morning. I was lucky to find this gem for $350.00. I do not normaly buy balloon tire bikes, but for the money I just could not stop myself. The paint is 6 layers of clear, and there is nothing on this bike that is not MINT MINT. I am glad I drove the 8 hours for what was a great swap!

PS Big thanks to Skoda! I would have hated to scratch this bike.

Seems like a heck of a bargain to me for a fully restored Schwinn of that era.

I would have expected the price to be a 4 digit number.

How does it ride?

It rides great and it is now a 4 figure bike :mrgreen: I was quite surprised but I guess you have to find a deal every now and then. My pics do not do this bike justice.

hey man were you the guy in the red shirt with the brown crocs and aviator sunglasses on? i pulled up right next to you in my white truck at the swap. i had the diamondback bmx bike in the back that you asked about as soon as i pulled up.... if i wouldve known it was you i wouldve introduced myself...
