fixing bent sprocket

I need to straighten a bent sprocket on a bicycke i tend to flip. Any suggestions

if its actually bent instead of just "warped" like a potato chip I use one of these most times.

I usually leave it on the bike, and use the chain stay as a guide as it spins to "true" it like a wheel.
