Flipped Handlebars for Boardwalk Cruiser

Hey everyone,
I'm new, tried the search, and looked around- still couldn't find an answer; so go easy on me.

I'm in the process of stripping down and rebuilding my Nirve Classic Cruiser into a Boardwalk Cruiser style bike. I've tried to eyeball from the photos on websites, but cannot figure out what width and rise dimensions would equate to what is pictured below. It's hard to imagine the angles when flipped. I believe this gorgeous bike belongs to a member on the forums, and the bar dimensions seem perfect for what I need. I'm guessing something like a Wald 896 (26in W - 3in Rise) If anyone can help me out, I'd love it!

I've flipped bars and had my bud weld on extentions.

Yes those Walds are very similar to the picture posted. That style has been available on a variety of bikes over the years, so you might find something used too.
