Bikes like the Flying Pigeon don't show up around here very often so I ordered one thinking if I don't love it I can always put it on CL or take it to the bike swap and at least break even.
I put it together last night. The parts and technology on this bike are all over the place.
28" tires
Old school steel lugged frame
Rod brakes
Drop Stand
Reflectors in the grips
Light with a Genny
And then there is the lock. I have had one of these before that was brought back from Europe. They really don't prevent anyone from stealing your bike but they prevent them from riding away in a hurry.
I cant figure out how to mount this thing and the instructions are of little help.
Here is a picture from of how it is supposed to look but it really shows nothing about how it is mounted.
There are no holes anywhere except for where the fender screws in.
It came with this hardwaree. 2 screws, 2 nuts and 2 metal pieces.
Anybody got any ideas??
