I picked up this fork at Ann Arbor Sunday, dont know what it's off of, but it sure is kool. Im sure a few of you guys must know. Also it appears to be missing the bracket for the headtube/ gooseneck. If anybody has one, I would be very interested.

Ummm,
Where are the bellcranks that the wheel mounts to?
If you didn't get those, you have more parts to search for!
It could also be turned into a fake springer without any additional parts I would think......

pretty much the same fork on my western flyer.

Thanks guys, Hey Crassly let me know on the bracket. it would be much appreciated. About those bell cranks, I could probably make a set but I'd have to do a little engineering to get the lenghth and angles on the pivot points. Hey Icyuod2, nice pictures and thanks for them. It looks to me as if your bellcranks are hard bolted to the forks. Am I wrong?

i always hate to be the bearer of bad new, but unfortunatly you are mistaken. :)

these should help
those large "spacers" on the bell crank are actually welded inplace. they are your bushings/bearings. both are pivot points.

these large bolts with built in spacers

max out on the fork , before they pinch the pivet point tight (allowing movement)

the bolts are tight to the forks(wont turn), but the bell cranks are free floating.they have to be to get any spring action. :)

If anyone happens to find any bellcranks and bolts it would be much appreciated. Today at work I was able to fix the slight bend in the bottom of the fork and bent the truss back into position. So it should be ready when I get the other parts. I cant wait, think I have the right project for this one.
