I found this at a garage sale this morning. It has a locking fork, nice tanks. The frame has a weld that broke loose, so I will probably just part it out. I will probably sell the fork and tanks. Please excuse the cell phone pic.

I'd fix it. Re-welding the frame isn't that difficult. just prep the metal really well. I bought an old re-sprayed tank bike at a garage sale, bike looked great just re-painted. Well during the process of stripping it for restoration I found a spot where they used Bondo to put the frame back together.
