Frame, bars and stem

Just curious if anyone knows what this frame is? Looks like it had an oval badge at one time. It fits a 28" or a 26".

Also, wondering what you guys think these grips, bars and stem are worth? I'm cleaning out some stuff and thought I might as well take advantage of the "Valuation" forum!

That's the hardest style/era frame to ID, because most of them look nearly identical. However, I think we can rule out Schwinn, Shelby, and 30's Westfield/Columbias. That leaves Davis/Dayton, HP Snyder, Colson, among other smaller companies. -Adam

I'd lean towards a Snyder-built Hawthorne or Rollfast.
