Good evening everyone, how do i verify my rollfast motorbike frame manufacture year. Thank you very much

Yep, I remember your post.

On my Snyder (Rollfast and Hawthorne) list, the early years just have a letter, starting with "A" in 1914 and going to 1931 in the order of the alphabet. In 1932 then they had two factories and the letters were different per factory. It doesn't show how the letters were stamped or where they were placed, but I only see an "O" on your frame and it looks like a 27 Rollfast.
