Hi,

Took a ladies frame which had very slim wheels, could not get a 26" to fit forks so have swapped them out [mind you the ones in photos will need to be changed as they are badly bent!]

Rear wheel is going to be a problem may have to drop a wheel size [24"] unless you know different????

Going to cut down seat post and remove top rear tubes to give a cleaner look, but need to figure out a curved seat post

Then paint if black!!!!!

Switched out forks for a better pair, dropped wheels to 24" nice fit.... did not think large rear would work too well with chopped seat post...

Need to make a curved seat post... seen it can be made from handle bars is that true?

Not sure yet how much to cut off post would like to keep 27" leg reach to pedals :)

Handlebars may work.

1. May not be safe depending handle bar material used and thickness of the material.

2. Length seatpost setback see number 1.

3. Diameter of handlebar.

4. Your weight is a factor, see number 1.

You would best to find some thick tubing and start from scratch. either bending or welding.

What about notching post to angle back?

Bending tube will think about that one

I am not that heavy but bars are not that strong either

Thanks

MrG
