The frame looks like an early 50s Cleveland Welding made AMF Roadmaster, but the wheels are too small

I would love one of those, they are awesome frames, and it looks like a lot of original stuff is still there

I agree, a CWC 50's bike. 26". The chain wheel is from an old Rollfast, and the smaller bike is a Columbia.

Take the handlebars, seat, and wheels off the green one and you have the makings of a great rat bike. I'd message the guy and offer for just the green one. If he comes down a lot, get both!
