I am trying to figure out if I can do this with a simpler method. Paul B does a lot of machine work!

He doesn’t need all 14 Teeth to drive The assembly. You could never shear even two.

I've seen some just grind off every other tooth to make a skip tooth cog or sprocket. Price a skip tooth chain to go with it.

I've done the grind every other tooth thing. It works but is a little noisy and feels iffy. The old skiptooth cogs were wider and meshed better.
