Hi all,

Thought i'd post a pic of my new Rat, It's a S.I.F bike built for Bertrand cycles france.

The plan is to clean it up and take it around the country on the back of my old VW. Should look fantastic and get more folks into this obsession Sorry! Hobby of ours. Cheers, and a Happy new year from Blighty.

That bike is f'n amazing! What did it look like before? The hammered fenders are great, and the racks are awesome too. I'm kinda dying to try out a set of guidonnet brake levers on drop bars, although I think they're supposed to point forwards on drops (to give you braking from the "tops" of the bars and the "ramps".) How was it when you found it?

Apart from a wheel build, pedals,rear tyre and speedo,the bike is bone stock.

More of a Rat than a Rod! :wink: Some things are just right,don't ya think?
