Mrs. jerrykr (Sheryl) and I loaded up the hybreds and headed over to Ft Worth to ride our favorite trails in Trinity Park, and along the Trinity River Levees. We estimate that we rode 25-30 miles round trip. It was a beautiful spring day, and we saw some new scenery for us on this ride. We saw only one cruiser, mostly we were passed by high speed road bikes, which is the norm for this trail. We like the slower pace of the hybreds with the 700c wheels. Maybe I'll have a couple of cruisers ready for the next ride. I'm working on them.

First stop. Some fuel (breakfast) for the riders.

Thanks guys. Kincaids has some of the best burgers in the world, no doubt. The Original location is the best just for the ambiance, but we have one here in Southlake now, locale and decor aside, the burgers are the same. (lucky us).

Sheryl and I would rather haul our bikes to any one of the many trails around here than brave traffic on the streets, and we really like the Trinity Trails in Foat Wurth. We also like to take a right hand turn and end up in the Stockyards for a cold one and lunch.

maybe I will do a pictorial trip to the Stockyards next time, but I believe we have our sights set on the rails to trails from Mineral Wells to Weatherford pretty soon.

locojoe, Spring or Fall would be my choice.

Summer can get pretty hot, In Summer, we try to finish our rides by noon.

Winter is iffy with rain and cold, but there are some beautiful days here in Winter if you are lucky.
