I agree, what they should do is make a slider track for the seat and crank so you can adjust it to the rider. I had just a solid frame tadpole trike like that and they are a blast to ride.

Do a search on the 4 wheel downhill bikes for the handicapped. They are absolutely awesome and the handicapped riders want all people to consider getting one to increase their numbers.

These are high ticket items that are absolutely stellar. They can be jumped very high and styled on- even if you can't use your legs. They have 4 wheel independent suspension, disk brakes, perfect 50/50 weight distribution and you can use driving techniques with them.

There are some awesome videos that exist. Maybe I'll go search a link.

Off roading on one of those seems like it would be very awkward, and a good way to die. If I was going to do mountain biking on something with more then 2 wheels, I think I'd prefer one of those QBX quads:

Looks like the bars would want to take your head off in a head-on crash.

I'd swap it out for an actual steering wheel and swap the wheels out for some wide stingray wheels painted red, paint the bike itself flat black, some whitewall tires, and make it Ratty.......

Good point! Maybe the use of a football helmet is in order, to prevent facial cave-in.
