Gas pump

My dad really liked this gas pump at the scrap yard so I picked it up for him the next day. It's not like your typical gas pump; it's weird. Anyone have any info?

Anyways, here it was (notice the past tense). :lol: 100 pounds of sadness.

Just a wild guess. Was used where gas wasn't paid for but did keep track of gallons. Farm, factory, fleet vehicles etc...
