General - Monark - cabin bike

Bought this off a guy who found it in the rafters of a lake cabin he just bought. Wrong seat, broken pedals and miss-matched rims.

Hopefully the repaint job flakes off cleanly.

Tag is pretty scratched up but looks like it says model 7000 serial A101(5?)107

Any idea if the rear rim and hub is right or what it is off of?

Front rim looks correct, back wheel is considerably older I believe. Bike is same as a Monark Rocket it appears.

The only thing that turns on it is the front wheel and even that is very stiff.
