dont know if it can be saved it was drug behind a car rack and left for dead on Interstate a few years ago I got it and a bunch of other bikes from the guy who picked the carcass up from along the road. there is a womens 3 speed with matching baskets that was also tied to the rack yet

anyone know if I can put a 26" wheelset on this to replace the 700c?
I have a nice 7 speed MTB wheelset guess i should just try this thing is HUGE

I have that same bike. This is it after my dad wrecked it going dow a steep hill and had the brake lever snap on him. Luckily his head broke his fall. I had to replace most of the parts. the wheels were both tacoed and even the bottom bracket center axle was bent.

not sure about the 26" rims. Wouldn't the brake mounts be too high?

upon further inspection the brakes wouldnt reach and I am kind leery on fixing it as it was drug down interstate. so I knocked it in the head and pulled all the salvageable parts off of it

He needed an ego transfusion, bust mostly bumps and bruises otherwise
