girls bike are they valueable as i think

so ihave this Columbia girls rat that's actually a decent rider
the question i have is would it be more worthwhile to part it out for a boys frame or is ti worth trying to sell it
i might be way off on the price so im willing to listen to people's advice.
i have it listed at 125 so if im out fo the ballpark please give em an idea on my options
i have a Schwinn tornado that im rebuilding so if it's not worth it i will add the parts to that

not sure what the market is like there in omaha but here in western ma i would be lucky to get 50 bucks. being 24" doesn't help...
