Gooseneck frame

Anyone here gooseneck their frame (thinking in the motorcycle style)? I have a worksman I'm thinking about stretching a few inches...

Any guidance/suggestions would be appreciated!

Instead of stretching the whole frame/downtube, here is what I am looking for:

I built this a few years ago and it's "goosenecked" a little bit. I just cut off the headtube, put some slugs in the top and down tube then cut up another frame for the curvy pieces I used to stretch it. Hope this helps!
