i washed it right after these pictures and its actually a mulicolored awsome machine instead of just rusty primer.
theres almost no rust anywhere on it thats not just surface rust.
by the way its a vw 74' standard lowered it just doesnt have the trany or engine in it or itd be alot lower.i got it for my birthday in feb. its been sitting in my grandmas garage for 24 almost 25 years now.

A '74 standard, eh? don't see too many late model standards really. I think you should put a nice big motor in it eventually. I know you said you have a 1600 sp in need of a rebuild. ...'as long as you're in there' you could hop it up a bit with some machine work and jugs an pistons 8)
