Grass stains HELP!

last year I bought a pair of creme schwalbe fat franks. they're starting to get grass stains on them and I can't get them off. I've tried soapy water with a brush (the usual way I clean my tires) and I've also tried bleach on a rag. I really don't want to have to buy another pair this year, is there anything I can do?

try white shoe polish. took grass, scuffs, and shoe marks off of white walls i had. spray and scrub like normal shoes. just an idea :wink:

Try Spray Nine, found at most automotive type stores. I think Walmart has it too.

shoe polish on the walls is one thing but the stains are on the treds I imagine the polish would just come off while riding, though it is worth a try.

which Spray Nine product? there's a few

try "awesome" its sold at 99cent stores and works ..well awesome on anything ive tried to clean.if it dont yer only out a buck...

use some Mr Clean Magic eraser pads. It works like a charm! I use it all the time to clean my white tires.
