Hey guys. Wearing the same shoes, which would have more ground clearance a Basman or Ruff Cycles Dean?

There are so many different variables in that question. Wheel and tire selection being the major one, 26" or 24" wheels? My Basman Sport has about 1 1/2" clearance with a 26 rear and a 29 front.
