ok Im trying to disassemble the bike im building for my wife and the dang handle bar stem nut wont break loose, when I got the bike the front fork was seized and I sprayed the hell out of it till it broke loose so its had its fair share of wd 40 and pb blaster and nothing

HEAT I got HEAT HAHAHAHAHAHAH (evil laugh) just cant use it right now I have the frame covered in oven cleaner. I will have to try that tomorrow

i know this might sound silly but make a plug in one end and put some water in it.....i know these stem quill are a pain to get out and ive tried wd-40 and other thing and honestly that has worked the best... for me..... just my 2 cents and if all else fails torch it
