Handlebar Help

So I am just about finished with my restoration-modification of a 1961 Schwinn, (it had been rattle canned a couple of times so I don’t know what type it is). I also have never seen this type of handle bars. Can anyone tell me if these are original Schwinn bars.

Not sure if I like them, think they would look better if I can find an old paperboy bag for it

if they are schwinn, they should have it stamped on the hump of the bars under the clamp. I've never seen them on a schwinn of that vintage. They are some cool monster bars though!

I think these were either for paper boys (no idea what the purpose was if so..?) or the rear bar set for some tandems. Please don't quote me on that though
