I think they order the shopping carts with the bad wheel. My local Walmart has the worst carts. I try to find the newest looking cart, but they seem to be the worst.

If you want good shopping carts...IKEA has the best.

I don't know what they spend on those things, but they are rock solid, roll smooth as silk and spin 360 degrees with the tap of a finger.

When my wife and I go to Walmart, we each take a cart at the door. Once we get inside we keep the one with the best wheels. Sad, I know.
