Hawthorne Serial number - What year??

I just picked up a what I believe is a 1060's Hawthorne. Serial number = H312538 then in the same area there is also a circle with an SE inside the circle. Can anybody tell me what I have?

The SE means it was made by the Snyder co. for Ward's. There aren't any serial number lists for them, the company went out of business in the mid 70s. Post a pic, and we can probably narrow it down. And welcome to the forum!! -Adam
