really cool bike , I say late 30s early 40s what you need to do is get the serial posted up. And then some one can help pin point the date, then from there the model to.

It could also be some one got overly artistic and welded a third tube in and repainted the bike, looks like a nice old repaint. But I'm shooting in the dark here.

looks to me they repainted it to match the chainguard. Great lookin bike, Id rock it!
