headbadge removal

I have a CBC starjet with a rivited in headbadge .
how to remove it :?: :?: :?: :?:

Remove the forks and use a wrench to press the rivets out from the inside. Once they are flush with the inside of the head tube you should be able to grab the head of the rivet with a pair of pliers.
