Hello all
I built this up maybe 10 or 15 years ago. It is a 1937 Elgin. Frame and forks were majorly bent, 2x4 and long pipes and heavy duty vice was needed to get things strait . All bearings cleaned and greased. Frame has like 4 layers of paint, I just knocked the loose stuff off and clear coated it, thought it looked cool,.lots of character . Straitened and painted the wheels, all new wheelsmith stainless steel spokes and nipples. Fat frank 2.35 tires and a Schwinn seat.
It cruises smooth!
