I just signed up after discovering your site during a search for old MTB frames to use for 26" or 29" BMX style cruisers. I am a newbie; so I will be unfamiliar with the local language. I joined because I love biking and I value the process of modifying something you like and creating something you love. I rode a 24" Kastan as a youngster, now I am a quite a bit older and I ride a bike that I put together through trial and error over a couple of years. It is a 2000 Kona Muni Mula frame with project 2 fork and BMX style riser bars. There are several other modifications. I will post pictures. I am considering a 29er as next project. Just starting the exploration phase. Will gladly take advice experiences from those here interested in sharing. I have a busy work life so I will probably be slow to respond a lot of the time. Looking forward to the ride!
