help ID a frame ?

also, I'm looking for a truss fork to fit it. the head tube is only 4-5/8" long (pretty short).

Looks like a '39 or '40 Schwinn DX to me. I have a '40 B model and it has a 5" headtube. My '41 DX has a 5 1/2" headtube. There were at least 3 sizes of girls headtubes between '38-'41. Lots of transitions. There's a pic of a similar frame/bike in "The Evolution of Bicycle", Vol.1, pg. 152, lower left. Same paint job, same gooseneck and bars. B607
