Help Identify 1980 Schwinn Cruiser

I picked this up at a garage sale, and I'm just looking for a little more information and approximate value

the serial number is HR 07155 which is from August 1980

the schwinn badge says Chicago, does that mean anything?

the only model name i can find is Schwinn Cruiser, is this right?

Usually that color was used on the Heavy Duti models...I think. :?

sounds about right, It's easily the heaviest bike i've ever come across

Definitely Heavy Duty....look at that front wheel.

would heavy duty be worth more or less than a standard issue?

and is that original paint worth more than touching it up?

probably not going to sell it either way, just curious if it's particularly rare or anything

Pretty much a basic Schwinn with upgraded wheels. They where mostly for factory use and often saw hard lives.
