Help IDing year of bike

Starting building this up for my wife and trying to narrow down the year it was made.

Got it as a bare frame, no badge, no crank, no fork etc etc. Any help on what year it actually is? I looked at the Schwinn serial number page and prewar tips page, but that doesn't really narrow it down too much.

I think that 1941 was the only year that the girls frames had 2 welded braces between the downtubes. Does it have a 6" headtube? Gary

Someone on CABE narrowed it down to around '41 as well by serial #. Headtube does look to be about 6" but I'd have to measure to be positive. Thanks for the help.
