Help Me Identify this klunker

Got this off CL the other night. Almost had a 40's western flyier for $50 but it was all ready taken when I got off work. Then for a lot less I got this.
The Red one,

It's a Westfield Manufacturing frame, the serial number dates it as being produced in 1945.

Thanks for the help. Tonight is the night to get built. Hopefully I have the parts to go. Then for some skinny 26's.
