help me post photos im a idiot

someone help me i have a photobucket account and i have 10 images and i have read the how to post photos and ahhh well i dont get it im super into this site and i want to share my photos and so on so they are on photobucket and my email and in my comp but ni cant get them on ratrodbikes they are jpegs any one out there good with idiots i need help :? :?:

here is a screen shot of my photobucket. click on the IMG Code. this copies into your "clipboard" Then post a message here and paste (Ctrl C) it into the message area.
