Help with higgins value

Hey guys,

I had a gentleman call me he has a mens forty two higgins.
He said he has had it for forty years and it has been garage kept BUT his grand son painted it.
I have no idea what to offer him that is fair can ya'll help me out I am going to look at it after work tomorrow.

Hard to tell with no pics? Springers and tanks are a plus. Those big Higgens Racks are cool too! If you can add pics before the deal is done, that would help.House-paint preserving original paint is sometimes helpful to value, sometimes not.
