Help with this ladys monark

Picked this one up today and not sure of the year was hopeing some one could help me out on the year on it thanks

ive been told that Monark didnt exactly have a solid vin number system (i have a 1950god knows what year monark) but looking at the tank and frame, id say mid 60's. just my two cents

I was leaning towards the 60s my self but not to sure I was shocked the horn actually worked my self but for the price I got it fore I know I can double my money on it and thanks for the info

Built by Huffy 1963, they bought out Monark in 57, and soon after they were just rebadged huffys. -Adam
