Help with Trike kit I.D.

Anyone know what this is? Has 26x1.75 tires, single drive wheel with Bendix red band coaster brake on one side and what looks like a standard front hub on the other. Looks Schwinn but the Kelly Explorer tires are not marked as such. Any ideas?

I think it might be a universal kit. I have seen several trikes with that same basic design. Did Wald ever offer a trike kit?
