Help!

Im new to the cruiser's world and I need help before buying my first bike!

According to the seller it is a 80's Schwinn, but Im scared of buying it and it doesn't hold up very long should i be concerned about it and how much do you think it is worth?

There is no way to judge the actual age, model, or condition of that bike from that picture :? . However, it looks like it may have the larger down tube of a Chinese Pacific built Schwinn, which only cost 150.oo brand new. The springer fork might be original, which would mean a more expensive model, or it might be a cheap Pyramid add-on, once again, no way to tell from that picture. The solid black paint and apehangers are not factory, can't tell if they're any good from the picture, I tried blowing it up and it has no resolution. I would say it's probably overpriced, but I'm only guessing. :|

yes, you were right the bike was way overpriced. I checked it out in person and it was in really bad shape but hey, it's hard to tell when youre looking at craigslist. Thank you
