Ok, real, but I don't know much...yet.
I've been rebuilding some 3' tall elves that were in a Christmas display and got tossed. They're pretty cool, simple motor drives in a plywood frame. One hand waves and the head turns from side to side... plastic bodies, molded foam arms, head and feet. Clothes furry beards and hair, look like elves
... anyway the guy who salvaged them contacted the company who made them in the seventies, for parts, and they have been very helpful. He got this from their website and it's another display they did...
