Signs of the times, bad economy and all that, or maybe it's just that something good is on TV.

That is a lot of money to me especially for a BMX, how much would it have cost if the economy was good?

It would seem that the economy isn't having much effect on the vintage BMX scene right now.

I would have expected a bike like that to bring at least $800..especially with the back story on it.

It seems like a lot of money for an old bike until you start following the vintage BMX market.

Ok, I like the Murray's, Huffy's & Schwinn BMX bikes but other than finding a bike like that one on ebay for cheap then sell to finally have some real money for myself for once I am not really into those other bike makes because I don't see what makes them more special be able to spend that much when for me the cheaper bikes like the I said above I consider to be great ones.
