Today I just picked up a Raleigh (1996?) "Tim Horton Edition".
Haven't found very much info on it. I think it was a promotional
bike of some kind? Anybody have any info on this???? :?:

I think Tim Horton's is a restaurant chain in Canada. Like Denny's in the US.

Either have I. That is a comfort, cushion handlebar
system that “flexes” on a large hard rubber disc.

It works kinda like a fork suspension does for your front tire.
