Hi Im Scott and I just scored this bike and no nothing

Like I said my name is scott and rustoholic. I scored this bike off of my cousin and he tells me that its a pre WWII Schwinn. This is what I was told

excelsior schwinn. The sprocket skips a tooth. The tires read Goodyear. An old timer said the seats were metal. " You didnt park these in the sun." - old timer

You should write that on the seat when you build it out.
