I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hey and introduce myself. I'm semi-retired and recently got a job assembling bikes at the locasl Wal-Mart... took me back to when I was a kid and built my bikes out in the garage. Recently I got the opportunity to procure a 1964 Schwinn Stingray Deluxe (coppertone) with decent original paint and alot of rust. Original whitewall "Stingray" tires and persons solo polo banana seat. Could anyone give me a ballpark figure as to what its worth in this condition, and what steps to to take or not to take in restoring it to original. (I have some pictures, but don't know how to upload them.) I look forward to hearing back from other members. All the best!
