Hiawatha ID

New member. First post. First DIY restoration.

I just picked up a Hiawatha Seneca that needs a lot of work. Cycling parts through electrolysis tub now.

Serial number is 25WG8 24 1143A.

Can anyone help with more info and maybe original pictures? Thanks.

Will post pics but don't yet know how to do that from my phone. It seems to want a URL.

Welcome to the forum! You'll need a photo hosting site like photobucket or flickr, etc. Pics are the way to an ID. Dept. stores like Gamble's contracted several companies to make their Hiawatha's over the years. Yours sounds like a Murray made bike, the WG is code for Gamble's. -Adam
