high-flange cartidge bearing front hubs?

Paul, Phil Wood, etc are great, but too much for this project.
Can anyone suggest some options for a cool front 36h hi-flange at a "nice price"?

Formula makes a nice cartridge hub in black or silver in 36h configuration. Its called the Track hub. Origin8 sells the same thing called a ProPulsion hub. Under $50. Ebay and Amazon have them as well as varioius web retailers.

I just built up a wheelset for a road bike using Velo Orange high-flange, cartridge bearing hubs. A little more $ than the options already posted, but very nice pieces. They list their bolt-on front for $65, but you can often find a better price on eBay.
